LastLoss

Terms

The deal.

It is advisory, and only advisory. LastLoss reads your Tradovate account and tells you when you have crossed a limit you set. It cannot place, cancel, modify or block an order, and it cannot close your platform. Every decision remains yours.

It is not financial advice. Nothing it says is a recommendation to enter, exit or size a position. It never judges whether a trade is good. It holds you to numbers you chose while you were calm.

Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose more than you deposit. Past results, yours or anyone else's, do not predict future ones. This tool reduces neither the risk nor your responsibility for it.

No guarantee it is watching. Connections drop, tokens expire, machines sleep. The app tells you loudly when it has stopped watching, but you must not treat it as a safety net that is always on. It is a second opinion, not a circuit breaker.

Check your firm's rules. LastLoss is not affiliated with Tradovate or with any prop firm. Their published limits are reproduced here for convenience and can change without notice; the firm's own terms are the only ones that count.

Beta. The free beta stops opening on 21 October 2026 — the date is compiled into the build and shown in Settings from the day you install it. Nothing you have configured or recorded is deleted, and a licence resumes it. Beta builds may have defects; use your own judgement about what you attach them to.

Liability. The software is provided as is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, missed call-outs, or any loss arising from use of it.

Subscriptions. Pro renews until you cancel, and you can cancel any time from the billing portal. A price locked during beta stays locked for as long as the subscription runs without interruption.
