Your installers and your key live on your welcome page — open the link in your Stripe receipt, any time. The key email carries them too. Lost both? Reply to the receipt and I'll sort it the same day, or manage the subscription at your billing page.

FIRST LAUNCH · MACOS

M1 or newer, macOS 13+. Open the .dmg and drag LastLoss to Applications.

Then right-click the app → Open. macOS blocks a double-click on anything it hasn't notarised, and the warning offers no obvious way past it.

FIRST LAUNCH · WINDOWS

Windows 10 & 11, 64-bit. Run the installer — it puts LastLoss in your Start menu like any other program.

Windows will say “Windows protected your PC” — click More info → Run anyway. That warning appears on every installer without a code-signing certificate, which this build does not have yet.

Windows 11 with Smart App Control on: it will refuse to start LastLoss (“an application control policy has blocked this file”, error 4551), even after the install finishes. That one is not a dialog you can click past, and there is no per-app exception. Turn it off in Windows Security → App & browser control → Smart App Control, then launch from the Start menu: no reinstall needed, the files are already there. Recent Windows updates let you switch it back on afterwards. A code-signing certificate is on the way and removes this for good.

Already on the free beta? Nothing changes for you: your build keeps running until 21 October 2026 — the date is compiled in and shown in Settings — and it updates itself with hash-verified installers, so you never need this page. The beta is no longer available to new downloads.
